SECRETS TO A SMALLER WAIST!

1) DO NOT EAT AT LEAST 4 HOURS BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP AT NIGHT.

REASON: The body has 4 hours plus 7-8 hours (during sleep) to give the stomach itself plenty of time to shrink, giving a smaller reservoir to satisfy. When the stomach is smaller, everything around it gets smaller, thus, shrinking your waist.

2) NEVER STUFF YOURSELF.

REASON: Stuffing yourself stretches out your stomach and trains it to be bigger, in turn needing more calories to satisfy it.

3) HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO.

REASON: If you have to have something that is bad for your body and you know you are going to eat it, try this: Take a bite and savor the flavor. Then wait 5 minutes. The first bite is usually the best, and after 5 minutes, most people come to their senses and are satisfied.

4) BEST TIME TO DO CARDIO IS IN THE AM.

REASON: Cardio will circulate the blood and promote oxygen, along with ridding the body of poisions and toxins that can clutter the mind and make the body feel lethargic. After cardio in the morning, you will have a more productive day.
