Image: Results from using the Body Balancing system
Something I see with my students that seems different than most others on losing weight is the excess that the student desires to loose just where they wanted it to loose did just that. Here is a fine example of the Fueling plan done perfect for six weeks along with Body Balancing three times a week for one hour with me.
You program the body to burn stored energy. (FAT). But without programing the body correct you might just burn some muscle loose some water weight and become weaker and less fit.
Here is a documented very good example. In 2001 Bret Boone of the Atlanta Braves came to me for help. He was honest and with reality of what he wanted and we went right to work. Six days a week sometimes twice a day we trained using mostly Combination Training, but toward the end of the three months Bret's strength was so alive he needed to compete. So I competed with him using my Competition training. The first thing Bret said was I know I will never beat you in anything in here but on the field your an amataur. Then I knew he wanted more than anything else to beat me at something, most likely arms. He wanted big arms and wow he got them. This guy worked harder for me than anyone I ever worked with exept Kino the Unkown Athelete. He started with one hundred and ninety lbs and ended with the same weight but now he had a Balanced Body with awesome power in his swing. I can honestly say the main ingredients are first the Quad Maker, then the torso twisters, and then the icing on the bat was the Bret Boone power routine. Bret inspired me to the point of using Marathon training with him. Marathon Training is what I use five minutes a day three to six days a week to maintain with slight gains in areas of Preventive Maintanence for the future. So to have someone drive to the point that I actually use M.T. and compete with them was lots of fun.
Now heres the point in which the story. Bret's stats went like this that year. Now keep in mind I had to correct a shot knee that no one could help and strengthen the knee area to take a beating in his sport. Just keep in mind that all we did for the first three weeks was the Quad Maker to correct what I thaught was a misalignment of the knee. So we worked real intense on the legs. When the legs are worked proper hard enough, the brain gets signals that it needs the increase the growth hormone because of all the muscle that needs repair. This is my secret to getting the strength in my students. Once the strength is there and they are schooled in Body Balancing the next six weeks will give them fantastic results and is so much fun for me. Its great to see people look like they are going back in time and doing it right this time. I always think of the movie groundhog day with Bill Murray
after I see them looking like a new person.

HOME RUNS FROM NINE TO THIRTY SEVEN
RBI's FROM SEVENTY FIVE TO ONE HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN TO LEAD THE LEAGUE.
His waist went from seveen pounds of excess to a strong six pack.
His shoulder came out full and solid.
His legs became super strong and even.
His back grew four inches on each side.
His arms grew in three inches with complete balance for a safe elbow.
So don't believe you can't take off excess where you want it, I do it all the time every time.
