" BRET BOONE'S POWER HITTING ROUTINE"

Bret Boone's power hitting routine was designed for him back in the year 2000. This was the main source of his power in the swing and a indestructable back and shoulders. This is found in the BACK DVD.
In the ABDOMINALS DVD you will find the exercises I gave Tiger Woods in the year 2000 for his abdominals. It is the golf swing in reverse using your legs against gravity. (This is what Bret and I do for our abdominals on a regular basis, it takes less than a minute).
This is a combination of movements I put together over the years for a strong and complete mid section. This has kept a strong eight pack for me over the years.
Now at fifty I have the best set of abdominals I have ever seen on a natural body. I am living proof along with Bret Boone and thousands of students of mine over the last two decades that my system works.
I want to share it with the world. I believe people need my knowledge about how the body works as far as how muscle works and the importance of good nutrition. I put it all down on DVD for you to absorb and implement into your life if getting better is what you desire!
