He has revolutionized fitness exercise with his QUADMAKER, COMBINATION TRAINING, and FUELING PLAN. His group classes have provided people with remarkable results every time. Tim Michaels is a 3-time Mr. Orlando winner and 17-time first place winner in other bodybuilding competitions. He has presented over 100 seminars and has appeared hundreds of times on the Golf Channel. He continues to be Central Florida’s hottest fitness expert, and his new 6-part DVD series provides a powerful and refreshing alternative to current home fitness videos.

Tim’s training system is comprised of all SAFE exercises, proven so by his perfect 20-year track record. Tim is an engaging teacher with a great sense of humor. His detailed instructions on each exercise dispel many of the myths and common questions related to weight training. And one need not invest in expensive gym equipment. His ramp, a simple dumbbell set, and a bench are all you need to do most of his exercises.

Tim’s Ramp System is one of the secrets behind his training success. His simple “Quadmaker” ramp serves to increase strength in the legs, rejuvenate a weak lower back, boost metabolism, align the knees, and provide the user with a workout much more effective than normal leg routines – all without the risk of injury, and most without the use of any additional weight. Former Miss Florida America Kristen Beall Ludecke, and athletes like Bret Boone, Tim Raines, David Peoples, and Lee Janzen, have all benefited from the use of Tim’s ramp and exercises. Tim has worked with many athletes, including TIM RAINES of the Chicago White Sox. After three months of training with Tim Micheals, including the QUADMAKER, Raines gained balance and strength, dropping 45 pounds. He attained slugger power, hitting 3 home runs in one game. The next year, Raines set an American League record for the most stolen bases (37), bringing back his youthful speed at 37 years old.

BRET BOONE of the Seattle Mariners, with the help of 3-months training with Tim Michaels, changed his .249 batting average, 9 home runs, and 70 RBI to a .331 average, 37 home runs, with 147 RBI to lead the league.

In 1995, Tim trained KRISTIN BEALL LUDECKE, using various upper-body combinations, his ABS workout, and the QUADMAKER. She brought the QUADMAKER on the road with her and won the title for Miss Florida America.

PGA golfer DAVID PEOPLES, at 41 years old, worked with Tim over six weeks and went to a trim waist. He gained flexibility, power, and endurance, giving him his best year on the tour.

PGA golfer LEE JANZEN took two inches off his waist while achieving a six pack. He put two inches on his arms, three inches on his shoulders, and developed power in his legs.
